"Easy, Helpful, and Honestly a Relief"
I had a really good experience with Prismatic Powders. I was a little unsure at first because I had a couple questions before ordering, but they got back to me quickly, which immediately made me feel better. Their answers were clear and straightforward, so I went from feeling a bit hesitant to actually feeling confident about the whole thing. Nothing felt rushed or confusing, just a simple back-and-forth that made the process way easier than I expected. I really appreciated that, and I’d definitely use them again...

"Tough Finish That’s Holding Up Well"
I used Prismatic Powders on a few parts that tend to get knocked around often, i’m impressed so far. I even dropped one piece onto the garage floor and it barely left a mark. When I had asked support about durability, they basically told me something like, “as long as the prep and cure are done right, it should hold up really well,” and that’s been my experience. Happy with how tough the finish turned out...

"Decent finish, but am I missing something?"
I ordered this powder for a small project, and the color was close to what I had in mind. After curing, the finish was mostly smooth, but I did notice a few tiny uneven spots here and there. Am I missing something with the prep, or is that just how this powder lays down sometimes? Could be on me, or maybe a little of both. It’s definitely usable and looks fine from a distance, just not quite as clean as I was hoping for...

Some batches matched well, but others really didnt. It wasnt a total dealbreaker, just a little inconsistent depending on which batch I got.

"Color Was Way More Orange Than Expected"
I ordered a powder that looked like a deep bronze in the photos, but when it showed up and I used it, it came out much more orange than I was expecting. I get that colors can look different on screens, but this was far enough off that I was disappointed. Shipping was fine and the powder sprayed okay, so no issues there, but the color match was kind of the whole point. I’m just not sure I’d trust the photos again, it just felt...

"Took some time, but it worked"
It took maybe a couple of weeks before I really noticed any difference, so I wasn’t sure at first. But after sticking with it for a bit, it did end up helping. Not an overnight fix, but it got there eventually.

I used their powder on some patio chair frames last summer, i was a little worried the color would fade. They've been sitting out in direct sun most days, but they still look pretty much the same. The site was easy to order from too, so I've got no complaints so far

I’ve been really happy with how consistent the restocks are. When something is out of stock, it usually comes back around when expected, which makes it so much easier to plan ahead. Definitely a nice experience!

"Nice color, but scratches showed up sooner than expected"
The color turned out really nice, so I was happy at first. But after using it normally for a bit, I started noticing a pattern of small scratches and marks showing up quickly. It’s not terrible, but the scratch resistance definitely wasn’t as strong as I expected

"Replies Came, But Slower Than Expected"
They did eventually get back to me, but it took longer than I was hoping. after I paid, I started feeling a bit unsure because the communication slowed down and I wasn’t sure if they were still taking it seriously. In the end, they replied, but the wait made the experience feel a little less trustworthy.
